- Membership of the Roundtable is not by application but by invitation or recommendation of the TDSH Advisory Council. Each member is painstakingly screened for experience, knowledge, skill, and suitability to be a member of the Roundtable.
- Roundtable members pursue the practice of Authentic Mediation to the highest professional levels and on ethical standards and guidelines, which ensure high-quality and fair mediation processes.
- Members’ experience and skills of the members span every type and sector of corporate and personal business transactions, commercial and non-commercial, as well as the management or resolution of conflicts and disputes in the workplace environment.
- The TDSH approach is anchored on an “out-of-the-box” – “there is no box, period!” – attitude and outlook to the resolution of disputes and conflicts.
- Matters are usually referred to TDSH, and the Case Administrator assigns it to the most appropriate member, mindful always of client preferences.
- Individual Roundtable Members negotiate, finalize, and agree to their mediation fees, independently, but within TDSH standards and guidelines.
- Such fees are paid directly to such Member. However, an administrative fee is paid separately to TDSH, to cover its excellent Administration and Case Management support, which assures a seamless and painless mediation process of the highest standard both for parties and the Mediator(s).
The Roundtable also functions as Thinktank, promoting and advocating the advancement, art, development, practice, principles, and process, of Mediation.
